Below are details of the Barcelona Grec Festival’s COVID-19-prevention protocol as well as the individual measures that everyone attending this year's Festival will have to follow.
The festival will adhere to the following protocols always in accordance with the current regulations in force:
Daily disinfection of every venue.
There will be hydroalcoholic gel dispensers at the entrances of every venue.
Audience capacity and seat availability will have to comply with the required social distancing rules.
Entry to and exit from the venues will be gradual and under the control of accommodation staff to ensure social distancing.
No hard copy Festival handouts or programmes will be provided in the venues. Information will only be available online.
All the venues will have various entry and exit points in place, where necessary, to prevent crowding.
Remember that visitors to any of the festival’s venues must keep to a social distance of at least 2 metres between one another.
It is mandatory for all visitors to wear a mask in closed and public spaces and, in particular, where it is impossible for people to keep to social distances with others.
Entry to and exit from the venues will be in stages. You must always follow the signs and instructions provided by the accommodation staff.
You must arrive at the performance venues at least 30 minutes before their shows start, to enable the audience's gradual admission. Otherwise we cannot guarantee the seat you chose at the time of your ticket’s purchase (check below for further information on each venue).
We recommend you bring your ticket downloaded to your mobile to avoid as far as possible any contact with paper.
If you think you have symptoms of COVID-19 infection or you have been in contact with someone diagnosed with the virus, stay at home. We’ll certainly have the opportunity to meet again in theatres as soon as possible.
Important! Check here for the access instructions and times of the festival's various performance venues.
