Barcelona Activa seeks to stimulate online sales of merchants through training and aid for digitization

The pandemic has accelerated the need to permanently implement digitization in thousands of businesses, both large companies and small establishments.

Technology and digitization are changing consumer habits and business relationships with customers. Therefore, small businesses must move towards omnichannel, opting for digital platforms for commerce and services.

Aware of this need, Barcelona Activa through Cibernàrium, its training and technological training service, has launched an online training catalog for commerce and restaurants. With these free courses they want to promote learning in management, incorporating digital transformation processes and using commercial tools and strategies on the Internet, so that merchants can make themselves known, increase sales and loyalty their customers.

Interested merchants and sellers can now register through Barcelona Activa. At the moment, there are more than 50 online courses available that seek to enhance the physical and digital business of small businesses, correctly positioning their web pages and improving communication from social networks.
