How to set up an online store step by step or how to draw up your online and offline marketing plan are two of the twenty courses offered by Digiemprèn. With the aim of providing solutions to small traders in the country,  Diputació de Barcelona has launched a digital e-commerce training platform so that the Covid-19 crisis is an opportunity to digitize sales.

It’s about creating new business options that complement face-to-face care while increasing their competitiveness. It is aimed at retailers, services and creative, artisan or entrepreneurial people who want to open an online store.

Thus, the program offers two types of training:

  • Mini-guides with 10-minute videos with tips and information on digitization topics.
  • Courses lasting approximately three weeks to learn through simple lessons and at a leisurely pace. They include videos, tutorials, downloadable material and a forum to answer questions. In addition, it also has a support group to build a community between users and teachers. The courses offered by the platform include: “How to get your own professional photos”, “Create your profile on Google Maps and position yourself locally”, “Keys to logistics in online commerce”…
