The new public streets and squares are in the districts of Sants-Montjüic, Les Corts, Sant Andreu and Sant Martí.

• La Marina del Prat Vermell: this neighbourhood in Sants-Montjuïc will have a square named after Justa Freire, the teacher and educator repressed following the Civil War, very close to her students known as Les Tretze Roses, whose name will be given to a park. These will be accompanied by La Passionària, Dolores Ibárruri, the secretary-general and chair of the Spanish Communist Party, who will also have some gardens in the neighbourhood named after her. In the same neighbourhood, more gardens will bear the name of La Benita, Victoria Ruiz Rodríguez, a local resident from the cheap housing in this area and anarchist trade unionist, social worker and participant in the tenant’s strike of 1931.
• La Bordeta: at Can Batlló we’ll find an alley named after Paronas, Francesc Comas Pagès, the Catalan anarchist trade unionist who died from the wounds he sustained in the attack that caused the death of Salvador Seguí, El Noi del Sucre.
• Poble-sec: next to the Institut Cartogràfic i Geològic de Catalunya we’ll find a street named after Leonor Ferrer, the first draftswoman in the Spanish state.
• Les Corts: next to the streets of Aviació and Taquígraf Garriga, we will find the Passatge d’Elvira Augusta Lewi, the 20th century writer who cultivated narrative, journalism and translation and was heavily involved in feminist social and cultural activity.
• La Sagrera: the primatologist Jordi Sabater Pi, who found the albino gorilla Floquet de Neu in 1966, will have a street named after him next to the new high-speed train station.
• La Verneda i la Pau: Plaça del 25 de novembre, el Dia Internacional per a l’Eliminació de la Violència vers les Dones, will soon be a reality, located between Rambla de Guipúscoa and Carrer de Ca n’Oliva.

Approval has also been given for historical memory information panels at Refugi 819 and at the Parc de les Tretze Roses (Sants-Monjuïc). At the same time, three plaques on building façades will remember that they were the homes of Pere Virgili, Ildefons Cerdà and Francesc Comas, Paronas.
