A new website has been created for young children and their families to resolve queries relating to the coronavirus, family and friends, the gradual lifting of lockdown measures, school, emotions and concerns caused by the lockdown for Covid-19.

The 44 questions offer science-based answers adapted for children’s comprehension and the effect that the coronavirus may have on their family environment, such as missing grandparents or school friends, failure to grasp the effects of teleworking etc.

Jointly promoted by the Commissioner’s Office for Education at the City Council and professional associations, the project is a dynamic space where children can add new questions that come up and email them to: estimatdiari@bcn.cat.
