The building at Passeig de la Vall d’Heborn, 138-160, in the district of Horta-Guinardo, is currently used as a train depot for the L3 metro line (ground floor), as well as TMB offices and a municipal storage facility (first floor), a BSM car park and a vehicle pound for the municipal towing service (second floor).

The goal of the special urban improvement plan which has just been approved is to regulate the rooftop of the Llosa building so that municipally owned facilities can be set up there in the future. At the same time, a site with 4,990 square metres will be built on for the outpatient department of the Hospital de la Vall d’Hebron. The Catalan Health Service will be responsible for the construction of the new centre, which will be located at the most northern part of the Llosa, with its façade giving onto Passeig de la Vall d’Hebron.

A second area of facilities covering 19,353 square metres, with 9,259 square metres of green space, is also to be developed. The use of these spaces will be defined in a later plan.
