The vaccination support point at the CAP Drassanes (district of Ciutat Vella) remains operative until 28 February. Citizens can approach this point for help with arranging a vaccination appointment.

Face masks

These are no longer obligatory outdoors but remain so inside places which are open to the public.

Social gatherings

No limits on the number of people who may gather indoors or outdoors.

Nightlife

This sector returns to normality, with venues allowed to open from 11 February with no restrictions on capacity or opening times other than the usual ones which apply for this sector.

Capacities

Full capacities (indoors and outdoors) are back at establishments where restrictions previously applied:

• Bars and restaurants
• Cultural venues and activities: theatres, cinemas, auditoriums, museums, community centres, concert halls, etc.
• Sports facilities and activities
• Shops, businesses and shopping centres
• Amusement arcades, bingo halls and betting establishments
• Civil ceremonies and religious acts
• Recreational spaces and activities
• Nightlife

Covid passport

It is no longer necessary to show the Covid passport to get into certain establishments.

Opening and closing times

No restrictions on opening and closing times for establishments over and above the ordinary rules for sectors.

Fairs and congresses

The recommendation to hold these in a virtual format no longer applies.

General recommendations

• Guarantee distances, indoor ventilation and hand hygiene.
• Avoid crowded spaces.
• No more than ten people per table recommended for restaurants.
