Board games outdoors at the Clariana de les Glòries
The new 0-99 games area opens on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays throughout the year, loaning recreational materials and board games in an area with tables, chairs, sunshades and corners where people of all ages can play.
Located in the Clariana de les Glòries, the new space will also include other play-based options and events and offer services for organisations, schools, social centres and youth groups in the city.
The goal is to stimulate shared play, intergenerational collaboration, the promotion of social diversity and coexistence, regaining public space as a place for interaction and creating a point for community life.
The 0-99 play area is inspired by the open-air play library in Paris and forms part of the “Playable City” initiative. It comes in addition to the range of activities and uses rolled out at the Clariana de les Glòries since the summer of 2021: the deckchair service, tables, chairs and sunshades, free outdoor activities, storytelling sessions by the Biblioteca del Clot, environmental activities, yoga, circus, drawing and painting workshops and other cultural and educational activities at weekends.

January-March: 10 am to 2 pm
April-June: 10 am to 2 pm and 4 pm to 8 pm
July-September: 4 pm to 8 pm
October-December: 10 pm to 2 pm
