Social policies as a priority in Barcelona

At a national level, Barcelona is the city which devotes the most economic resources to social policies. A new government measure on social innovation was presented recently to facilitate maximum access to municipal social services, with new perspectives and the inclusion of technology as its principal assets. Notable features include a website simulator for benefits and the upcoming pilot project for the provision of social support telematically.
