Adopting the slogan “Barcelona dona molt joc”, a new edition of the Children’s Rights Film Cycle starts tomorrow and will continue until 27 November, to raise awareness of the right to the city. There will be a total of 30 screenings, divided between 6 films: Yoko and his friends; Jacob, Mimmi and the Talking Dogs; Pinocchio 3000; El Zoo d’en Pitus; It’s a wonderful life and Perifèria.

The cycle aims to raise awareness among children of their right to a kind and friendly environment that contributes to their quality of life and of the crucial importance of living with dignity for enjoying a city and neighbourhood working to improve social and environmental conditions.

All the screenings are free, face to face and at the Cinemes Girona. While tickets can be requested at the cinema itself an hour before family screenings and half an hour before leisure and teenager screenings, you are advised to book them here. All the films have audio-descriptions and subtitles where requested in advance.
