B2B TALKS with BISA representatives. Gain a better understanding of the educational opportunities available

MediaTIC building facade

Barcelona hosts over 9,000 foreign-owned companies, including more than 100 technology hubs and 2,000 start-ups, and has universities, research centres and science parks that attract international talent from all over the world. Many of these professionals come to the city with their families and school-aged children. The city and its metropolitan area have a wide range of international schools that are a good option for many of these families.

In this session we’ll be talking about the Barcelona International Schools Association (BISA). It’s a singular organization created in 2011 that brings together 13 leading international schools - French, British, American, German and Swiss - all offering different curricula. Pupils studying at these schools can gain different academic qualifications and certificates of recognised prestige, and some of them offer specific sport programmes, or the possibility of boarding, among many other options and services.

Indeed, BISA schools are crucial assets for Barcelona as a global city, and play a key role in attracting investment and strategic projects because they guarantee an international education offering that complements the Catalan education system.

Take part in this B2B TALKS session to make valuable contacts with directors and representatives of BISA members’ schools.
