How to identify your personal goal and link it to your professional world? How to connect with people and organisations which share goals and values similar to yours?

Discover and share experiences about the sense of individual purpose and learn to connect with others from a more genuine and profound perspective in a workshop which offers you much more than the usual networking space.

Based around the Japanese concept of ikigai as the search for happiness, the idea behind this session is for us to help each other find our personal purpose and link it to our profession.

PROGRAMME

9 am - Welcome coffee.

9.30 am - “Why is it important to connect personal purpose with work?”, by Marcela Ospina, Head of Purpose, Sustainability and Reputation at Both People & Comms and director of the Master’s in Communication Management at the EADA Business School.

9.40 am  - Expert opinion: Alba Soler, Head of Communication for Ferrer.

10 am - Collective dynamic on purpose.

11 am - Session ends.

SPEAKER

The session will be headed by Marcela Ospina, a communicator with over 20 years experience in communication strategy, social impact and social transformation. She has headed multicultural and multidisciplinary teams in highly complex projects
