Organisational Culture and International Talent
What is the basis for sustaining that organisational culture has an enormous impact on the attraction and development of the organisation's talent? Why is it so important to connect personal values with the values of the organisation?
In this session, we will have the opportunity to talk and share with several experts in organisational climate and international recruitment about corporate values and talent, through a session in which you will connect with all kinds of professionals that, for sure, you will have many values in common. In this session, we will present the latest developments and trends in the employment market for expats in Barcelona and the importance of organisational culture and company values in attracting international talent.
To make it a rewarding experience for all attendees, we will do it in a dynamic format inspired by one of the modern thinkers on organisational culture, Richard Barrett.
