Concert: "Big Menú: IDO” dins de "La Mercè és Música"

Big Menú: IDO (Barcelona; hip hop / jazz / funk / soul)

Pedro Campos (Peter Party) on bass, Enric Peinado (Pein) on guitar and José Benítez (Hossss) on drums make up this Barcelona band who, having accompanied Argentinian artist Nathy Peluso and collaborated with many other musicians, now show that all on their own they're more than capable of putting on a show that'll have you dancing non-stop for a good while. They create their music by combining hugely diverse elements - everything from jazz to hip-hop to R&B - creating a sound full of energy and rhythm, laced with humour and sarcasm. Expect good music and a good bit of dancing too, to songs such as Bongo mondongo, F.A.M.O.U.S., Yin Yang and Mansion, songs exploring diverse rhythms that feature on the album IDO, a studio album released this year that they’ll be playing at the Ronda de Sant Antoni.
