Death, that matter which, when it comes down to it, occupies the centre of our life and our worries, is the main theme for Que baixi el cel (2024), the first LP by the duet of Clàudia Balletbò and Isabel Archs. Yet here the end of life is a synonym for change and transformation. Naked sounds dialogue with electronic elements in the project by these artists, who fuse elements of the Catalan literary tradition with folk melodies through vocals and the strings of the violin, combining them with elements of synthetic music.
