The circus arts combine with Mediterranean cultural roots in a captivating show, the story of a man from the countryside trapped since childhood by the whirling of his spinning top. A journey full of twists, turns and complications that vindicates play as a fundamental part of life. 

POI is also the result of research related to the craft of making spinning tops, an exploration of natural materials and shapes that has resulted in one of the biggest examples in the world launched by a single person: the spinning top weighing 45 kilos that Guillermo Vizcaino, creator, director and performer in the show, sets spinning with a rope more than 15 metres long.

POI is a show that's as magical and hypnotic as the spinning top itself. A sensitive work that will delight audiences.
