HOW TO MAKE A BOOKING

Designed to take place in February and postponed until November, the venues for this year’s Llum BCN have limited capacity. Advance booking is recommended so that you can plan your visit, choose the times that suit you best and have an all-round quality experience.

 

1.- BEFORE BOOKING

- Bookings can be made from 27 October.
- You can book two places per person and four spaces per day at most.
- Reservations for most activities will be by venue and time; some spaces have more than one installation. Please arrive at venues 10 to 15 minutes early
- Any bookings not validated at the start of the show may be reassigned.

If you would like to see more than one installation, when planning your route bear in mind the duration of each display (30 minutes, except for spaces 9 and 10, where the circuit takes 50 minutes) and the distance between each space at Llum BCN. This grid shows the approximate time needed to get between each location

 

2.- WHEN MAKING A BOOKING ON THE WEBSITE

- Check the page for your chosen event. Here, you will find out whether the event can be booked individually or if access is without reservation.
- Multi-event activities: When you click to make a booking, you will be shown the different times when the chosen activity will take place. You must choose your preferred time and click on the 'Book your ticket' button.
- The fields on the booking form must always be completed. You will be asked for an email address. This is where your booking confirmation will be sent.
- The email confirmation you receive will serve as the admission ticket for you and the people attending with you. You must retain this email and bring the tickets with you, either in paper form or downloaded onto your mobile phone.
- Children over 2 years of age will need a booking.
- To access the venue, anybody under 18 who is not accompanied by their legal guardian should provide an authorisation from the latter and be accompanied by an adult.
- Remember that you can also make a booking via the app.

 

3.- IF YOU LOOSE YOUR BOOKING CONFIRMATION

If you lose your booking confirmation, you can access it again on the event page on the website or the mobile app. Click on the option "Retrieve tickets".
