CEO of TMB, Transports Metropolitans de Barcelona [the main public transport operator in Barcelona and its metropolitan area], since October 2019. He is vice president of ATUC (Association of Urban and Metropolitan Public Transport Operators) and member of the Policy Board of the UITP (International Union of Public Transport).
He has held various positions of responsibility since the 1990s in companies in the field of mobility. He was Managing Director of the San Sebastián Tram Company, a position he combined with that of Director of Mobility at San Sebastián City Council. He has been General Manager of SocMobilitat and International Operations in the Vectalia group, responsible for various metropolitan transport networks in different countries.
