Art historian
Marta Orriols Balaguer (Sabadell, 1975) is a training art historian.
Author of the blog No puc dormir, she has contibuted to the digital cultural media Núvol and Catorze. Her first book, the collection of short stories Anatomia de les distàncies curtes (Edicions del Periscopi, 2016), was warmly received by both critics and public alike. Not long after she published her first novel, Aprendre a parlar amb les plantes (Edicions del Periscopi, 2018).
