Lessons from the crisis

In 2008, the worst economic crisis hit since the Great Crash of 1929. The recession did away with companies, jobs, housing and the life plans of millions of people. It weakened the welfare state and social cohesion. Economic recovery has not resulted in greater social justice but rather greater inequality. What have we learned from this upheaval?
