Back for another year Barcelona Draw , and comes back to give us a big hug, like the ones we used to give each other before the outbreak of the pandemic in our lives; that is to say, spontaneously and effusively, affectionately. Because, in its new edition, this great festival of art and drawing will turn the embraced in its central motif : there will be 'hugs' at more than 40 workshops for all ages that will take place in museums, schools, civic and cultural centres, theaters and other spaces in all the districts of the city.
Barcelona Dibuixa 2022 is growing in venues and timetables: if until now the festival took place in a single day, now it will occupy a day and a half: the afternoon of Saturday 22 October (3 to 7 p. m.) and the whole of Sunday 23 October (11 a. m. To 7 p. m.). And more news: to participate prior registration is not required and the duration of the workshops will be unlimited! This edition promises to be an intensive of art, creativity and drawing that will offer activities at the civic centers Can Felipa, Convent de Sant Agustí, Besòs and Sant Andreu, at El Born Center for Culture and Memory, the Democratic Memorial, the Museum of Natural Sciences, the MUHBA Vil·la Joana, the Montjuïc Castle, the Museum of Catalan History, Can Framis, the Antoni Tàpies Foundation and the Joan Miró Foundation, among many other spaces. And, of course, at the Picasso Museum, which on the 23rd will concentrate half a dozen proposals, such as 'The big hug', the collective construction of a mountain of stones in Pati Noguera, and 'Exquisite corpse with Exquisite Workers!', which will invite the family audience to create the most fun and original characters through a game devised by the surrealists.
