The nougat that will make your Christmas. At this workshop for adults, participants will learn how to make a chocolate nougat filled with Gianduia. This in-depth workshop will see a whole variety of patisserie techniques used such as the lining technique to make the chocolate coating, the hollowing technique to make the interior of the nougat and the preparation of the gianduia to make its delicious filling.
