This festive season, the city’s trade associations, together with the Directorate for Commerce, Restaurants and Consumer Services, are once again offering up a feast of cultural, leisure and arts activities so that everyone can enjoy Christmas in the city.

Christmas is just around the corner, and once again Barcelona will be brimming with interactive activities for families and people of all ages: music, theatre, dance, comedy, children’s workshops, and more. Don’t miss out!

This year in the districts’ shopping hubs you’ll have the chance to enjoy the show L'actitud, featuring clown Jaume Jové, and El meu amic Brutus, a street show from La companyia del Príncep Totilau. You’ll also be able to dive into the world of commerce with the participatory installation La rebotiga, from Minimons, and see the mishaps of the delivery people in En-carrega'ts, by Germans Penedès, who will be going round the establishments in the shopping hubs laden down with goods.

On top of this, you’ll have the chance to enjoy music and dance, with performances of Coreo-Karaoke, courtesy of the En Dansa Collective, and Cançons d'hivern, by the Miranda Quartet.  The fanfare of the Always Drinking Marching Band will have people bopping as they shop.

Puppets will be the stars of the installation Teatrets mecànics, from Peus de Porc, and the workshop Tot s'hi bag, from Koala, will offer you the chance to try your hand at printing a cotton tote bag with Christmas motifs. Responsible consumption also features in this year’s programme with the workshop Orkestrònia, from the company La Cresta, with a unique installation that enables families to discover and experiment with twelve sound devices.

You’ll have all these activities close to home again this year. Don’t miss out on it!
