Prior booking

If the activity requires prior booking, you will need to book your tickets online. The confirmation you receive by email will include your ticket plus any tickets for those accompanying you in the activity.

Face-to-face participation in some of this year's Christmas activities will require online reservations owing to the special circumstances caused by the COVID-19 health emergency.

 How do I make a reservation?

  • Check out the activities requiring prior reservations and choose the ones of interest to you. You’ll find a button there for making reservations.
  • Children over the age of 2 will need reservations to have their own space.
  • When you ask for tickets for an activity, you will need to state your email address, where your reservation confirmation will be sent to. That address will enable us to stay in contact with the audience members who attended each of the activities, so we can guarantee traceability in case the COVID-19 protocol is activated.
  • The email confirmation you will contain your ticket and the ticket(s) for the people attending the activity with you. Keep this email and bring along a digital copy of it on your mobile phone.
  • If you need to cancel a reservation, you can do so from the link you will find in your confirmation email.
  • If you lose your reservation confirmation, you can access it again by clicking on the ‘Retrieve tickets’ option of the page of the event, which you will find on the website.

Restrictions and requirements:

  • The measures that are implemented to ensure a safe and civil Christmas require maximum public collaboration.
  •  Please respect the safety rules, which include wearing masks and maintaining social distances. Pay attention at all times to the instructions issued by the people in charge of the venues.
  • No pets (except guide dogs) are allowed on the sites.
  •  We recommend you do not enter the venues with drinks.
  • Arrive on time. Once the doors close, no more audience members will be allowed in, even if they have their tickets with them.
  • If, for reasons of force majeure, you are unable to attend the activities you had requested access to, you can assign your tick to someone else, although if the COVID-19 protocol is activated we will contact you for the details of the individuals who attended the activity in your place, thereby enabling the corresponding traceability.  
  • The organisers reserve the right to change the activity’s number of places for health reasons or unforeseen circumstances.
