Guided tour
This cultural itinerary offers a chance to discover four palaces located on La Rambla or adjacent streets, all connected to the life of Eusebi Güell i Bacigalupi and his family.
The tour begins with an introduction to Palau Moja, which was once the residence of Antonio López y López, Marquis of Comillas and Eusebi’s father-in-law. The visit continues to Palau Fonollar, acquired by Eusebi Güell as a home after marrying Isabel López Bru. The route then descends La Rambla to the house of Joan Güell i Ferrer, Eusebi’s father. The final stop is at Palau Güell, where the Güell family lived from 1888 onwards—an iconic building in the work of Antoni Gaudí.
