Transfeminist cooperative housing project consisting of 12 affordable housing units built on repurposed private land in Barcelona’s Roquetes neighbourhood

The guided tour is led by members of La Morada, the housing managing entity La Dinamo and the professionals of the Lacol architects’ cooperative.

In addition to the 12 cooperative housing units, La Morada contains a commercial property and several areas designed to enrich community living, promote coexistence and strengthen ties with the local community and neighbourhood. The building has been designed according to bioclimatic criteria to achieve low energy demand, thus contributing to sustainability and improving the quality of life of its residents.
