The proposed activity consists of a nighttime tour through the facilities of the former factory built by architect Modest Feu i Estrada in 1925.
During the tour, we will explore the interior and exterior renovation of the building, which is part of the industrial heritage of the Sants neighborhood.
Special emphasis will be placed on the effort to preserve and highlight the original architecture of the building as much as possible, through the restoration of the existing structure to its original state, while also proposing a new use that is as respectful as possible of its historical past.
