Located in Sant Pere, Santa Caterina i la Ribera, this new building is used as a senior citizens centre and a temporary residence for vulnerable adults. This is a one-of-its-kind combination in Barcelona and allows users of both facilities to have access to separate spaces while also sharing others, such as a laundry room and a dining room that offers a group meal service.

The facility was built taking into account aspects such as improved solar control elements and sealed windows on the façade, improved materials and, above all, practical and functional considerations in a building that has two distinct yet integrated structures.
Access to the temporary residence is also available from the ground floor, where the front desk, multi-purpose room and lift to floors 2, 3 and 4 are located.
