    The renovation of the second floor of the Maremagnum Shopping and Recreation Centre seeks a seamless integration with the previously separate rest of the centre.

    The conceptual redefinition and redesign of this floor also seek to tap into the full potential of the centre’s location, creating a terrace that doubles as a lookout point covered by a sleek, transparent marquee, connected to the lower floors with a set of escalators and surrounded by restaurants boasting spectacular views of the city, the port and the sea. Furthermore, the new open layout helps integrate the complex as a whole at a visual and functional level.
