    MUHBA Oliva Artés is a meeting point between the history of education in the city and its future potential. This former factory/workshop, built in 1920 to produce and repair machinery, is now a Barcelona History Museum laboratory space in Poblenou.

    Designed as a museum/laboratory, the site seeks to engage visitors with the history, legacy and heritage of the contemporary city. It also works with neighbourhood associations and research centres, such as the Eix Pere IV Committee, Historic Archives of Poblenou and the Poblenou Neighbourhood Association.
