Registration
Registration for this year’s campaign begins on Tuesday 1 April at 9 am. However, some organisations may decide to open registration after 1 April. You will find the date when registration starts on each activity’s web page.
To formally register for each one, you will have to check the procedure with the organisation concerned, using the contact details that you will find in each of the activities that appear on this website. Most organisations offer the possibility of pre-enrolling online for their activities.
Should you wish to apply for a subsidy for a child, you must notify the organisation when registering and they will give you the activity code required for the subsidy application procedure.
You can sign up your children for as many activities as you like. However, you can only request the subsidy for one activity per child.
The campaign activities are aimed at children aged 1 to 17 but children or young people with a disability can take part up to the age of 19 (in the case of an ordinary activity) or 21 (in the case of an adapted activity).
Important!
Some activities may vary.
You will be able to get up-to-date information by calling 010 toll-free.
Payment
Payment for the activities can be split so users pay 50% of the total amount when they formally register and the rest when the activity organisers decide, but always before the activity starts.
If you are applying for a subsidy, the organisation may ask you to make an advance payment of up to 10% of the cost of the activity during the period for which you are applying for the subsidy, i.e. the remaining amount that the subsidy will not cover. If they ask you for this advance payment, you will have a period of 10 working days to pay it. If, after that period, you have not paid this 10%, the organisation may no longer keep your place.
Finally, should you not be awarded the subsidy, you may ask for the 10% advanced payment to be reimbursed.
Cancellations
Activity organisers reserve the right to cancel an activity if the minimum number of places set are not covered. In any event, the cancellation must be made at least 15 days before the activity starts. Activity organisers must inform people who have registered of this and refer those receiving a subsidy for the cancelled activity (should there be any) to another campaign activity with available places so that children affected by the cancellation do not lose the right to take part in activities and enjoy the subsidy.
If the participant cancels the registration, provided they give notification at least 15 days before the activity starts, the organiser must refund at least 50% of the amount already paid for the activity (in instalments or not) unless the participant has only paid 10% of the price of the activity, which will not be refunded.
Organisers must notify families of the cancellation policy for their activities in writing during the registration period.
Support for including children and teenagers with a disability
All the activities that are part of the campaign must ensure that all city children and teenagers are included. They must therefore have a programme and the right technical and human resources so that all children and teenagers can participate, regardless of whether or not they have a disability. Should a child require intensive support, an activity organiser may apply for an IMPD (Municipal Institute for People with Disabilities) subsidy to enable their participation in summer campaign activities.
The entity must reserve a minimum of 5% of places for the inclusion of children with disabilities. If the group consists of 10 children, the minimum is 1 place. The reservation of places must be maintained until June 1st. Once this period has ended, any places not taken by children with disabilities may be allocated to children on the waiting list.
During the year 2025 this Program has received funding from the Temps x Cures Program. More information

Tips
It is advisable that children:
- Always bring a cap and sun cream.
- Bring a beaker with water every day (better than a bottle of water as it is reusable).
- Bring a sandwich or fruit for breakfast (avoid industrial cakes).
- Don’t bring money in a pocket (avoid the use of vending machines).
