Sancho de Ávila II housing complex

This 68-home development will provide an affordable housing alternative for some 280 people. The apartments are governed by a tenure regime that guarantees public ownership of the land.

The building has a total floor area of over 6,600 m2 and is located on a block delimited by four streets: Almogàvers, Ciutat de Granada, Sancho de Ávila and Roc Boronat. It is a building with 3-bedroom apartments of between 51 and 74 m2, distributed around two stairways.

The apartments have an A energy rating, which means they are built according to energy efficiency and sustainability criteria. The building is connected to Districlima, an urban climate network that uses residual heat to heat water. It will be used for heating and domestic hot water, ensuring that these services do not contaminate.
