Secretar Department of Consell d’Educació de Barcelona (CEMB), and Consell de la Formació Professional de Barcelona (CFPB), invite you to participate in the event ‘Debate of Debates’, which will take place on Tuesday, 11 November 2025, at 5 p.m., at the Sala Moragues de ’El Born, Museu d’Història de Barcelona (Plaça Comercial, 12 – Barcelona).

This event presents the reports of the CEMB working committees for the 2024-2025 academic year.

The Debat de Debats  is an opportunity to make the voice of the educational community and vocational training heard, with the aim of building an education system that is connected to the needs of the sectors it represents. It is also a space for recognising and showcasing the intense and committed work of both councils' working groups. The CEMB committees and CFPB working groups have worked throughout the 2024-2025 academic year to bring about improvements in areas such as educational planning, vocational training, the fight against school segregation and racism, the participation of the educational community, Training and Integration Programmes (PFI), Basic Level Training Cycles (CFGB) and Opportunities.

The event will be chaired by Mr Lluís Rabell, President of the Consell d’Educació, and councillor of Educació de l’Ajuntament de Barcelona. This year we will have the special participation of Mr. Joan Manuel del Pozo, president of Consell d’Educació de Catalunya, who will offer us an institutional welcome and share his vision on the role of the educational community in shaping public policy.

As for the representatives of the educational administration who will receive the reports, they will attend on behalf of the Departament d’Educació i de Formació Professional de la Generalitat de Catalunya, and Consorci d’Educació de Barcelona we will count on:
