The first offices to get back to their usual activity are those in Plaça de Catalunya (central and northern points), which will be opening on 1 July, while the offices in Estació de Sants, Plaça del Portal de la Pau and the City Tour point in Plaça de Catalunya will be doing so in August. Three other offices will follow suit in September: the L9 metro office at terminal 2 of the airport; the office at the Sagrada Família and the point in Plaça d’Espanya. The last to open will be the office at the Colom viewing point in Portal de la Pau, in October.

Turisme de Barcelona had only managed to keep open the offices at terminals 1 and 2 of the airport so far, along with the L9 office in terminal 1 and the kiosks in Plaça de Catalunya and at the Sagrada Família. These resumed their activity in June.

The city’s public network of cultural and tourist information offices consists of 22 points and offers information in 25 languages. Users rate the service they receive very positively: the most recent satisfaction surveys show that support from information staff is excellent (4.6 out of 5), with information considered to be of quality (4.56).
