Guided tour with people involved to LALIRIO and As Stones on Their Palms, Embers and Flame

The Visits with the art centre staff offer a different approach to the exhibitions, led by several people linked to the project (collaborators or staff members at the center), who share their personal and professional perspectives and experiences. These meetings allow us to discover the inner workings and processes of the exhibitions that are not immediately visible and open a space for dialogue and questions from the public.

LALIRIO by Fuentesal Arenillas is structured around a collection of textiles, arranged between pillars and windows, like a great backbone, which generates new combinations and configurations in the building.

As Stones on Their Palms, Embers and Flame positions ruin as both wound and weapon, at once scar and arsenal. From this unstable ground, between dust and ignition, new solidarities and configurations of struggle erupt. In the interstices of destruction and creation, political imagination endures.
