Inter-University Pilot Programme

Collaborative project with UB, Massana and BAU

January-April 2026

This project originates from the desire to create a shared space for the three universities offering Fine Arts degrees in Barcelona and their students, with the objective of working together on issues that often fall outside the strictly academic sphere or are more directly related to the professional context.

The programme has been developed as an inter-university pilot programme and will be held between January and April 2026 at La Fabra Centre d’Art Contemporani, in collaboration with Art Nou. During this time, approximately six joint sessions will be organised, designed as spaces for meeting, collective learning and educational experimentation.

In addition, each group of students will have the opportunity to organise and lead a session at their own university, taking on the role of hosts and inviting the other participants, thereby encouraging exchange between institutions and decentralising workspaces.

The close of the programme will be linked to the Art Nou festival, with the possibility of organising a presentation (format to be confirmed: presentation, festival, exhibition, publication or other activity) that will allow professionals from the sector to be invited to discover and evaluate the work carried out by the students.
