The new site includes the various ways of becoming part of the municipal workforce and is aimed at existing civil servants and those wishing to access public-sector jobs for the first time through competitive exams or job pools.

It features a section devoted to public employment calls, with detailed information on the requirements for applying, the job characteristics and approximate timetables, the tests to be taken and the steps for constituting or enlarging a job pool. There’s also a search tool to enable users to locate recruitment calls of interest.

If the person is already part of a job pool, from the website they can check which position they are in, check the common themes and public-sector job advertisements approved or download exams and answer keys from previous calls, a useful way of preparing for entrance exams.
