Maria Mora is the Director of Innovation and Entrepreneurship at Foment del Treball, the confederation that has been representing entrepreneurs and the powerful Catalan industry since 1771. She currently leads the organization's strategy in 3 major areas; innovation, digital society and entrepreneurship driving programs to accompany in the digital transformation of SMEs, the growth of startups led by women, the improvement of digital skills and the promotion of open innovation. Selected by the American Consulate in 2017 to participate as a national representative in the International Visitor Leadership Program, the first professional exchange program of the U.S. Department of State. More than 15 years of experience in the fields of Innovation, Entrepreneurship, digital transformation and Labor Law.
