Jujol
This is the first major exhibition devoted to the Modernista architect Jujol since the family donated his entire archive to the COAC and the MNAC.
Alongside works by Jujol from this legacy and from other public and private collections, the narrative includes pieces by various authors: architects such as Antoni Gaudí, Lluís Domènech i Montaner, Rafael Masó, Wenzel August Hablik and Bruno Taut; and artists such as Francesco Maffei, Pablo Picasso, Vladimir Tatlin, Henri Matisse, Joan Miró, Jean Arp and Annie Farrer. The project follows in the line of the exhibition Manoeuvre by Perejaume, which the artist curated at the Museu Nacional d’Art de Catalunya in 2014.
