This season explores the crossovers, connections and contagions that inevitably take place between commercial and experimental cinema through a selection of films that reveal certain transfers between the two. The films featured are: At Lan, by Maya Deren, doyenne of the American underground (1944, 15 min, USA); and Tropical Madaly, directed by Apichatpong Weerasethakul (2004, 118 min, Thailand).
