The collaborative work, exchanges of experience and meetings between national and international artists that the Taller de Músics has promoted for the last 30 years by organising these international seminars culminates in a unique, unrepeatable concert directed by Vicenç Solsona. Over the course of the show, some of the outstanding guests at the 2010 seminar, including pianist and composer Danilo Pérez and Porto-Rican percussionist Giovanni Hidalgo, will play a repertoire of Latin jazz packed with popular numbers. This event will further the collective aim of establishing a permanent creative platform for performers who, despite their different origins, all speak a hared musical language.
