3rd edition of the Montjuïc-Tibidabo Race - Francesc Mates Memorial
This Sunday, the Montjuïc-Tibidabo Race is back for a third edition, consolidating its position as one of the most demanding challenges for runners and trail enthusiasts in Barcelona.
With two routes – a 21 km course for experienced runners, and a 10 km course suitable for all levels – the race offers a chance to enjoy the best views of the city from Montjuïc to the Parc de la Golondrina.
The race, which starts at 8 am at Montjuïc Castle, will take runners along emblematic streets and nature trails, with a total elevation gain of 640 metres, making it the steepest race in the city. A spectacular route that combines tarmac and natural surroundings with panoramic views of Barcelona as a huge reward for those taking part.
