Special commission on Economy and Tax
October’s special Commission for Economy and Tax discussed and voted on the initial approval for the City Council’s general budget for next year, as well as provisional approval for the amendments to the tax by-laws corresponding to 2026 and successive years.The budget proposal was approved, with the PSC, BComú and the ERC voting in favour, while Junts×BCN, the PP and Vox voted against it.
The amendment to the tax by-laws is to be decided on in October’s full council meeting, with the PSC, BComú and the ERC voting in favour, and Junts×BCN, the PP and Vox voting against.
