Aldea is a risk-capital platform with headquarters in Barcelona which invests in the next generation of technological leaders throughout Europe. Before he launched Aldea, he spent 16 years at La Caixa, where he ran Caixa Capital Risc until 2017 and later launched dayone, the bank service for both start-ups and investors. He is a part-time lecturer at the Esade Business School and a member of the Tech Barcelona management board. He has a bachelor’s degree in Economic Sciences from the University of Barcelona and an MBA from Esade and NYU.
