After 20 years of experience managing ICT projects from various corporate positions, in 2010 Maria Jesús founded the consultancy firm The Project, from where she promoted digital transformation in organisations based on how the internet is transforming society and business. With extensive experience in Latin America, she is an international speaker at events and conferences relating to Technology and Health, a sector in which she has specialised in recent years. As CEO of SocialDiabetes, a leading digital health platform in Spanish-speaking markets, she has been awarded the DonaTIC Empresaria 2021 prize by the Generalitat de Catalunya.
