La gent i els barris de Sant Martí

Author/s
Josep M. Huertas Clavería, Pepe Encinas (Photography) and Guillem Huertas Aiguaviva (Photography)

The journalist and historian Josep M. Huertas Claveria sums up a century and a half of the history of the old town of Sant Martí de Provençals, which became a Barcelona district when it was incorporated into the city in 1897. Many things have changed in that time: traditional industries have come and gone, the fields and fishermen are no longer there, the Olympic Village has been built and now new, advanced technology industries are beginning to establish themselves. Translations in Spanish and English appear at the end of the book, which includes a bibliography on the subject.
