Saca La Lengua
Saca La Lengua wants to identify the variety of bacteria and fungi present in our oral microbiome in order to discover if this variation is conditioned by some environmental characteristic and/or disease or syndrome.
Citizens contribute in different phases of the research such as the formulation of questions to collect useful information for the investigation, the donation of saliva samples and the sharing of their life habits and the prioritization of the data to be analysed. The main results of the research are collected in a board game that has been co-created with the citizens and can be downloaded for free on the website.
