“Art from Budapest”, in the streets of Moll de la Fusta
Twenty-six replicas of a selection of the more significant works from the Budapest Fine Arts Museum and the Hungarian National Gallery will be on display up until the 3rd of November
During the month of October, the Moll de la Fusta district will cease to be dedicated exclusively to boats and a quiet stroll around the area will be transformed into a tour of a giant open-air museum.
The reason behind this is the exhibition titled Art from Budapest, which allows viewers to contemplate twenty-six replicas of some of the most significant pieces from museum collections in the Hungarian capital. The pieces on display are large format replicas (up to 3mx3m) which have been reproduced using HP Latex digital printing technology, a technology developed by engineers from the HP International Centre for research and design in Barcelona.
