Lights and shadows of a couple

Obsessed since childhood with the romantic comedies she saw at the cinema, Marta Buchaca decided to write one. It is Kramig, a comedy portrait of a couple, with its luminous moments and its dark moments. Until 29th June, at Espai Texas.

Surely you remember some of the stage proposals signed by Marta Buchaca, a playwright, scriptwriter and director whom you may know from theatre productions such as, among others, Litus, Només una vegada or this Kramig, which was a semi-finalist in 2017 in the Primer Torneig Espanyol de Dramatúrgia (First Spanish Playwriting Tournament).

Now, Anna Moliner and Biel Duran (in the photo) play the main characters in this play, a very different couple who, although they don't seem to understand each other, end up completely in love. They may be opposites, it is true, but for this very reason, since they have known each other they have not been separated.

But what will happen when this unpunctual, plushie-loving woman and this quiet, organised, superstitious man decide to have a baby? Together they will face one of those moments that transform a person's life…

Would you like to live with them the happiest and saddest aspects of a couple's life? Well, that's because you are also addicted to romantic comedies. Come and enjoy one with an author who portrays like no other the encounter of a whole generation with the most painful and harshest aspects of existence and who has given us texts such as Playoff, Rita or Losers and who has written scripts for some of the television series that have moved you most, including El cor de la ciutat or La Riera.
