Neil Gaiman visits the CCCB

In the evening of Thursday 29 May, the English writer gives a talk as part of the ongoing Kosmopolis programme

Getting activities underway at the twice-yearly International Festival of Literature at the CCCB is Neil Gaiman. The ongoing Kosmopolis 2015 programme has already been going for a month, and will continue until June: a series of workshops and talks that have so far included contributions from writers such as Mark Z. Danielewski, Sergio Chejfec and Jorge Carrrión.

This time it is the prolific English writer, author of such popular books as the series of graphic novels featuring the Sandman character, the Good Omens novels (in partnership with Terry Pratchett), American Gods and Coraline, among many others, who is coming to talk about his experiences in writing.

Neil Gaiman, born in England, dropped out of studying to focus specifically on writing. Over the course of his career he has developed his own world, replete with fantasy and originality, which has captivated adults and children and earned him numerous prizes and awards all over the world.

At 7pm on Thursday 29 May, in the CCCB’s Mirador, this originator of stories, novels, comics, films and plays will share his exceptional imagination with readers.
